PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Masonix is a high-performance polymer-modified cementitious waterproofing compound designed for the protection of concrete, masonry, and brickwork surfaces against water and moisture penetration. It forms a rigid yet breathable crystalline barrier that bonds directly to cementitious substrates, actively blocking water ingress while allowing trapped moisture vapour to escape. Ideal for below-grade and above-grade waterproofing applications in both residential and commercial construction.

BENEFITS

  • Polymer-modified formula for superior adhesion to cementitious surfaces
  • Forms an active crystalline waterproofing barrier within the substrate
  • Breathable — allows moisture vapour transmission while blocking liquid water
  • Suitable for both positive and negative side waterproofing applications
  • Good resistance to hydrostatic pressure and water ingress
  • Easy to apply by brush, trowel, or spray for versatile application

USES

  • Below-grade walls, foundations, and basement structures
  • Swimming pools, water tanks, and reservoirs
  • Bridge abutments and retaining walls
  • Concrete roofs, terraces, and wet rooms
  • New construction and waterproofing repair of cementitious surfaces
