PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Underseal is a solvent-borne, alkali-resisting primer that seals and stabilizes new plaster, concrete, and other alkaline substrates to prevent paint failure. It provides a strong, stable foundation for subsequent coats of paint by neutralising alkaline activity on the surface and enhancing the bond between the substrate and the topcoat.

Precautions
- Avoid skin and eye contact — use gloves, goggles, and face masks
- Provide adequate ventilation during and after application
- If skin contact occurs, wash thoroughly with soap and water
- If eye contact occurs, flush with water for 15 minutes and seek medical attention
- Allow new plaster to fully cure before priming
- Ensure surface is clean and free from dust and contaminants
