Product Description
Ignite Paints Limewash is a premium mineral-based decorative coating designed to give walls a soft, aged, and luxurious finish. Known for its subtle movement and cloud-like texture, limewash creates a unique, elegant look that cannot be replicated with regular paint.
Formulated from natural lime, this finish penetrates the surface rather than sitting on it, allowing walls to breathe while delivering long-lasting durability.

Application System
For best results, use as a complete system:
- Special Primer – Ensures proper adhesion
- Ignite Limewash Paint – Applied in layers for desired texture
- Protective Top Coat (Optional) – Enhances durability and washability
Finish & Coverage
- Finish: Ultra-matte, textured, cloudy effect
- Coverage: Varies based on surface and technique (multiple coats recommended)
- Application: Brush application for signature limewash movement
Precautions
- Not recommended in areas of high acidity or alkalinity
- Do not apply when the metal surface is already hot
- Ensure adequate ventilation during application and curing
- Avoid contact with skin and eyes — use gloves, goggles, and masks
- If contact occurs, wash affected area with soap and water immediately
- Keep away from heat sources, sparks, and open flames; no smoking in the application area
- Store up to 12 months in a cool, dry, well-ventilated place away from direct sunlight
- Surface preparation: abrasive blasting to Sa 2 / SSPC-SP10 recommended
